#NonProfits—It's not easy. From the ground up too? Trying to set your roots, in a strong wind, constantly blowing in the opposite direction. What do you really need to know? First—you need to just start, if you have the energy go for it with #Integrity.

Time allows your skill sets to be honed, your shortfalls developed, and your knowledge to grow. Learn the law and people- then you can grow your non-profit.

#Compliance—Transparent, fiscal operations are crucial to attracting donors, every penny must be accounted for, be cheap, dress smart, and spend for the greater good of the organization only. #Insurance—Need I say more? #Team—has to be loyal, has to follow your system, and you shouldn't have to say it often, so I'll tell you now—this is your show be #Fair. #Listen and #HaveDifficultConversations—Don't be #Transactional and build #Relationships and #Partnerships.

The community isn't paying you for your nonprofit for you to kind of #Think, you literally must #Know before you speak. #KeepGoing when the lights get cut off, or if your cupboards are bare, if your fingertips are black and blue, or if you find yourself pushed out of a #Stereotype. Keep going, because that #Machine that powers you, also powers me. For the greater good of mankind—why do such a thing? #Disadvantage is wrong, especially if there is a way to get plenty. #Connect the people to the resources, find the #Joy in the #Journey, and allow others to #lead.

Maybe you can do #Everything, or maybe you can #Share and have an even bigger dream. In the end—it's up to you to be the king or to be wealthy; the difference? The king can sometimes be poor. #Intelligence will take you far, #Ignorance is bliss. #BlackWallStreetFoundationBuilding
